We are here to serve you. Let us help you get your Koi business started right! And for those just starting out in the Koi hobby let us help you design a pond and filtration system that fits your budget and your expectations. We can help you avoid the many pond missteps that so often happen!

Koi, Goldfish and Pond Appraisal Services starting at $500.00. This includes a review of owner provided provenance of fish and or a list of pond equipment and age of equipment, review of digital photos and or videos. We will return a written report, transmitted digitally (for insurance purposes), on appraised fish or pond.

Koi Pond Design services starting at $1500.00. This includes review of proposed location via photos and video (sent electronically), telephone consultation on what is needed to build a pond, and recommendations on equipment needed for maintaining a healthy pond and school of fish. Unlimited phone and or Skype communications during construction process will be provided. On-site consultations are available at the $1500 base rate plus all travel and lodging expenses plus $500/day. This does not include the actual building of your pond, you will have to hire a contractor for that.

Koi pond Filtration design consultation starting at $500.00. This includes recommendations based on individual budget, size of pond, desired fish load, or a consultation to renovate an existing pump/filter system in a working pond to meet the conditions of the existing pond and fish load.

Retail Holding System Design Starting at $2500.00. This includes a review of proposed location photos/video (sent electronically), a review of overall plan including filtration and water treatment as well as consultation on equipment needed to set up a successful “retail” fish business. On site consultations are available at the $2,500 base rate plus all travel and lodging expenses plus $500/day.

Hatchery Design Starting at $3,500.00. This includes review of proposed location photos/video (sent electronically), consultation on equipment needed to operate a commercial hatchery. On site consultations are available at the $3,500 base rate plus all travel and lodging expenses plus $500/day.

Independent Review of third party quoted pond designs starting at $250.00. This includes review of any plans, survey drawings photos and videos (sent electronically). Review of equipment quoted.

Fish Health Telephone Consultation. If you cannot find an example of what is wrong with your fish on our Koi Health pages along with the treatments required to help/save your fish, We are always available for a telephone consultation at no charge. It is possible to send a digital photo or video of the afflicted fish prior to calling and it would make it easier for us to assist you. PLEASE NEVER send a fish, alive or dead, to us. Our Bio Security protocols prohibit us from allowing any fish to return or be brought onto our premises. We do highly recommend that you consult with your local Veterinarian certified in aquatics. They can do scrapings and examinations with quicker results and targeted treatments faster than talking to us on the phone.
